  • Bee's Knees | $11.00 Locally distilled Beehive Gin shaken with lemon juice, honey simple, and a few dashes of lavender bitters. Order this hot or cold!
  • Cucumber Jalapeno Lemonade | $8.50 - Cucumber Vodka shaken with jalapeno simple syrup and lemon juice. Served on the rocks.
  • Honeysuckle | $9.50 - Bacardi White Rum shaken with lime juice and honey simple.
  • Kona and The Giant Peach | $9.00 - Vodka-shaken lemonade with a touch of Peach liquor.
  • Basil Blossom | $11.00 - Uncle Val's Botanical Gin shaken with basil simple and lime juice.

Not Too Sweet

  • evo Old Fashion | $12.50 - Locally distilled High West Bourbon poured over brown sugar simple with Angostura aromatic bitters and Regan's orange bitters. Stirred on ice and garnished with an orange zest and dark Bordeaux cherry.
  • Mezcal Manhattan | $12.00 - Wahaka Espadin Joven Mezcal poured with sweet vermouth along with dashes of cardamom bitters and orange bitters. Stirred to perfection and served in a chilled martini glass with a dark cherry juice rinse.
  • evo's Bloody | $11.00 - Tito's vodka poured with Finest Call's bloody mix - done evo style. Make it spicy with fresh Jalapeños for $1 extra!

Something In Between

  • Chaitini | $13.00 - Five Wives Vanilla Vodka shaken with Kahlua, liquid chai mix and cream. (Ask for almond milk if you'd like a substitute). Served in a chilled martini glass.
  • Fernet-about-it | $12.00 - Rittenhouse rye poured with Fernet Branca and brown sugar simple, with a couple dashes of angostura aromatic bitters. Garnished with an orange peel. Order this on the rocks or served up.
  • Coconut Mojito | $9.50 - Bacardi Coconut Rum poured with mint simple over muddled lime and topped off with soda water.
  • Tropical Ranch Water | $10.00 - Hornitos Plata Tequila shaken with lime and pineapple juice. Topped off with soda water and garnished with a Tajin rim.
